Privacy

Privacy and lead routing.

Effective October 5, 2026

BeeHiveRemovers.com collects removal requests and beekeeper registrations so people with bee problems can be connected with independent beekeepers, bee removal providers, pest control companies, or service partners.

What information may be collected

Name, phone, email, ZIP/city/state, request details, uploaded photos when enabled, bee location and urgency, beekeeper service information, business details, service radius, and consent preferences.

Campaign attribution and browser storage

We may record the page where a request was submitted, the first page visited in the current browser tab, referring page, and campaign tags such as UTM source, medium, and campaign. This attribution is kept temporarily in session storage so we can understand which outreach produces useful requests. It clears when the browser tab is closed, and contact details or request descriptions are not saved in browser storage.

How information may be used

Request information may be shared with independent beekeepers, bee removal providers, pest control companies, or service partners who can evaluate or respond to the removal request. Those providers may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. Beekeeper registration information may be used to contact providers about verification, participation, and future lead routing.

Lead routing and independent providers

Provider contact details remain private. A public provider profile is optional and requires separate permission and listing approval. With permission, only the supplied public display name, summary, website, and reviewed service capabilities and ZIP coverage are published. Request details and property photos are never reused as public marketing content without separate permission.

BeeHiveRemovers.com is a request-routing website, not a guarantee of service. Provider availability, pricing, licensing, insurance, timing, communications, and scope of work may vary by independent provider. Please verify provider qualifications directly before hiring anyone.

Storage, access, and submission protection

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes form submissions. Requests and provider applications are stored in a private database, and uploaded photos are stored privately. Authorized reviewers sign in to access these records. We use Cloudflare Turnstile and short-lived request-rate counters to reduce automated abuse. Email notifications alert the review inbox to new records; they do not contain uploaded photos or full contact details.

Review decisions and status changes are recorded with timestamps and reviewer identity. Admin sign-in uses an essential, secure cookie that expires after eight hours. Public visitors do not need an account. We retain request information while responding to the request and administering provider participation; contact us to request deletion or correction.

Safety

Do not spray bees, seal entrances, climb, or disturb stinging insects to take a photo. If there is a medical emergency or allergic reaction, call 911.

Questions

For privacy questions or a request for access, correction, or deletion, use the removal request form or provider registration form and mark your message “privacy request” in the details or notes field. Include enough information to locate your record; we may confirm your identity before making changes. This policy may be updated as the provider network grows.
